Do you have someone Gone Crunchy on your Christmas list? Are you confused what to buy and where to begin? What does Crunchy even mean???
I got you covered! As a self-described Crunchitarian 😉 myself, I can tell you that we care about natural and organic food 🍎, holistic remedies 🌱, toxin-free products 🚫, health freedom 🇺🇸, and being an overall good human to humans, animals, and the environment.
Sooo where DO you begin?! I have some ideas!
1. STAINLESS STEEL
2. A FOOD PROCESSOR
Depending on your budget, a food processor will be well-used by your Crunchy loved one. As someone who does a lot of home cooking myself, I use a food processor for everything under the sun, including baking, grating, and pulverizing!
3. A HIMALAYAN SALT LAMP
A salt lamp; hailed for air purification, better sleep, improved mood, and allergy-relief, will certainly be on your Crunchy’s list!
4. BEESWAX CANDLES 🕯
Although more expensive than paraffin candles, beeswax candles last longer than their counter parts due to their high melting point. Made by bees, they are chemical free and burn brighter with little smoke. Beeswax candles also emit negative ions which improve air quality.
5. HERBAL COFFEE OR TEA ⛾
Oh, HEY, Amazon!
6. DRYER BALLS
It is likely that your Crunchy Pal doesn’t use dryer sheets since they are considered to be some of the MOST TOXIC of household cleaning products. A better alternative…wool dryer balls! They are especially great for reducing drying time. And if your friend uses essential oils during laundry, they make a great addition to their routine.
7. STAINLESS STEEL STRAWS
Environmentalist on your list?! Trending now among those plastic-conscience are stainless steel straws! Reusable, affordable, and easily cleaned, stainless steel straws will stay in their cups and not the garbage!
8. BOOKS 📚
All Crunchy people are avid readers and researchers! Books are always a safe bet, depending on their interests!
➡️New Foodie on your list?…Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon, or In Defense of Food by Michael Pollan.
➡️Crunchy leaning Paleo?…The Paleo Cardiologist by Jack Wolfson.
➡️Wanna-be Homeopath?…The Complete Homeopathy Handbook by Miranda Castro.
➡️Vaccine-Questioning Momma?…Dissolving Illusions by Suzanne Humphries.
➡️Autoimmune Warrior?…Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis: Lifestyle Interventions for Treating and Finding The Root Cause by Izabella Wentz.
➡️Oiling Expert?…Essential Oils Desk Reference 7th Edition by Life Science Publishing (I can help you with this if you have an account with ME).
Speaking of Essential Oils…
9. ESSENTIAL OILS 🌱
Essential oils make great gifts for the Crunchy and non-crunchy alike – who doesn’t like great smells?! With a little research and guidance, quality essential oils have the ability to support the body both physically and emotionally.
Essential oils + a diffuser = GREAT GIFT!

Is your Crunchitarian avoiding propellants and unhealthy oils in traditional cooking oil sprays? Misto to the rescue! Add any type of liquid oil to this cooking device, then pump and spray away! I also have one I use for cleaning.
11. POPCORN POPPER
I’m sure your Crunchy Friend has looked into the ingredients in that microwave popcorn and doesn’t approve! A better alternative is an electric popcorn maker! Gift it with some organic seeds, ghee (or healthy oil if they are Vegan), and pink Himalayan salt to really wow them!
12. T-SHIRTS 👕
I have to be honest, friends, I could literally spend ALLL my daily free time viewing crunchy tees on Insta. My favorite stores include The Bee and the Fox, Vegetaryn, and Reject The Herd. You are sure to find a truly unique tee in one of these stores!
And if all else fails…
13. GIFT CARDS 💳
So maybe you know this person has some rogue lifestyle choices, but you don’t know where to find these items, and you for sure do not have time to research every ingredient and company known to man! Here are some gift card suggestions for even the Crunchiest Connoisseur:
- Thrive Market
- Fresh Thyme
- Even Target has some Crunchy items!
- A local Cooperative may also be a good choice!
I hope this list has been a truly helpful to you! May your holiday be HEALTHY!
